With our new till system, we have now been given the opportunity to offer a phisical gift card rather that the paper print outs that we use to offer. This will allow our customers to have a card which can be spend when and how much you want rather than having to spend all at once which you had to do with the print outs. We have also been offered a Loyalty scheme which allows us to give back to our customers as a thank you for shopping with us. The more you spend the more you earn and that then gives you rewards in return as a thank you. The big companies have been offering loyalty schemes like this for years but as a small family business we are excited to offer this new adventure to our customers and the local community and we hope this will incurrange you to shop local while earning points at the same time.
Lennox Service Station Gift Cards Terms & Conditions
- Lennox Service Station gift cards commenced on 17/03/2025.
- Lennox Service Station gift cards remain the property of Lennox Service Station at all times.
- These are reusable gift cards so once they are used up or if they have expired please return these to us to be reused.
- Gift Cards expire 1 year from issue (date & amount on receipt issued at time of purchase). After 1 year we may start deducting money from the gift cards.
- Defacing one of our gift cards may result in us not accept the payment from the card and removing the remaining balance on the card to cover the cost of new cards.
- Lennox Service Station does not take any responsibility for any unauthorised use of your Gift card in any circumstances including loss, damage or theft. It is the users responsibility to keep the card safe until used.
- No money value can be giving out from a gift card.
- Gift cards can be spent on anything within our shop, for fuel, car wash tokens or repairs from our workshop up to the value on the card.
- Gift card wallets are available if required at £1 on amounts under £50 and free of charge on amounts £50 and over. These cost us £2.40 each and aren’t feasible as a small business to give them out on values under £50. These are only available while stock last.
Lennox Service Station Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
- The Lennox Service Station Loyalty Program Commenced on 17/03/2025.
- The one time cost of obtaining a loyalty card is £2 Sterling as we (Lennox Service Station) as a promotion are paying half of the loyalty card cost for you on new issues only, should you lose your loyalty card an additional cost may occur. (see more details in number 18 & 19).
- To participate in The Loyalty Program you must have registered your details with us on the card form provided with your loyalty card. Members will be required to provide their full name, postal address (including postcode), date of birth, and an email address or telephone number.
- Once you fill out the form, if you can sign the bottom of the card to say that all details are correct and you are happy with the Loyalty card terms & conditions and hand it to a staff member who will then register the card. You can start claiming points as soon as you get your card but can only spend them once its registered on our system. We will work fast to get these on as quickly as possible.
- Points may only be collected at time of purchase, we cannot add points onto your card once a sale has been completed.
- If you are returning an item to us, please bring along a receipt for proof of purchase and your loyalty card in order to deduct any points collected for this sale/product, failure to do so may result in your item not being refunded.
- Points will not able to be collected on the following items – Postage Stamps, Carrier Bags, Calor Gas new cylinder issues, Lennox Service Station gift cards (When purchasing or using the gift card) or Car wash tokens** when purchased in store (**Subject to change). Other products may be excluded at the discretion of Lennox Service Station.
- Calor gas cylinder points will be added to your card as 1 point per kilogram for example for a 15kg Butane gas bottle you would receive 15 points irregardless of the price.
- All Fuel grades will receive 1 point per litre.
- All shop sales including repairs from our workshop will receive 1 point per pound spent in-store.
- Points will only be able to be used in our store – Lennox Service Station and no other Highland Fuels/Thames Petrol Stations. Points can not be claimed for on over the phone or bacs payments.
- Points will be added to your account as soon as your transaction has been completed.
- Spending your points. Once you have saved up your points you can spend these on anything you like from our site. This can be products in store, towards fuel, towards repairs in our workshop or even purchasing a Car Wash or Vacuum token in store so you can use our valeting services. Please note tokens need to be claimed before using our machines. 100 points = £1 reward. You will gain points on anything below £1 also but will only become value once it reaches over £1 spent in-store. i.e. £1.50 will become 1.5 points but spend a further 50p on your next transaction will become 2 points.
- No monetary value to the participant attaches to the points earned. Points are non-transferable. Any points unused will not be refunded if you choose to stop using your loyalty cards.
- Lennox Service Station does not take any responsibility for any unauthorised use of your loyalty card points in any circumstances including loss, damage or theft.
- Defacing a card may result in the card not working and being unable to claim or spend points. In the result of this, (refer back to number 15). We will not be responsible for supplying you a new card, (please refer to number 19).
- If you lose your card, please contact us straight away with your details, we will then put a stop on your card in order that your points remain saved. (For a new issue, refer to numbers 18 & 19)
- If you lose your card and its handed back into us, we will get this returned to you with the details held in our system from the day you signed up. Please let us know if you have any change of details in order that we update your account. For change of details give us a call on 01360 310 354 or speak to us in store then if you email us your old details along with your new details including your card number so we can update these for you on customersupport@lennoxserviecstation.co.uk
- If you require a replacement card and would like this linked to your original account with your saved up points there will be a full cost charge for the replacement card of £4.
- If you get a replacement card added to you account, your old card will automatically be blocked from use.
- By using your loyalty card, you consent to Lennox Service Station retaining your information, including details of purchases, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you in the future.
- All offers must be availed of within any time periods specified. All rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered.
- We (Lennox Service station) reserve the right to change, update, add or remove terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme at any time without notice however we will add the new terms to the bottom of this page for 1 month as soon as they are changed so we advise you to check these on a monthly basis.

Under The Loyalty Program, you may collect points on your card. You can start collecting points upon registering your card, you register your details by completing the hard copy application form in-store.
